EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased through galisagrace.co.uk may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred. Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.
Customized items are determined by Customization Policy only. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Item must be received back at Galisa Grace within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the moment your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.
We allow the possibility of a one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new order of the exchange or replacement will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. * In the case of dress returns, the shipping fees and, if applicable, any additional country taxes paid are deducted from the total amount, and the refund is processed accordingly.
* In garments and wedding dresses tailored to custom measurements, we do not accept returns. Due to the personalized nature of these items, tailored specifically to fit your body, they may not fit another individual, thus rendering returns impractical. Prior to placing your order, we strongly advise obtaining your measurements with the assistance of a tailor.
