Customized items are also non-returnable as per our Customization Policy. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Any return shipping charges and duties are not covered.
We do not accept returns of dresses, wedding dresses, or garments tailored to custom measurements. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be resold or exchanged. Please ensure all measurements and preferences are correct before placing your order.
For wedding dress reservations, the fee is non-refundable even if the reservation is canceled.
