Each gown is handcrafted with great care and quality control and will be checked for defects and faults before delivery. Slight variations of fabric colors and embellishments may occur since every product is handmade, and fabric batches may differ.
We offer size customization and a certain shipping crafting period - 12 business days for production + 10-14 business days for delivery.
In garments and wedding dresses tailored to custom measurements, we do not accept returns. Due to the personalized nature of these items, tailored specifically to fit your body, they may not fit another individual, thus rendering returns impractical. Prior to placing your order, we strongly advise obtaining your measurements with the assistance of a tailor.
